Dr. Jarred Moore is a native of San Diego, growing up in North County where he attended Fallbrook HS playing Rugby & Football. He moved to Philadelphia, PA to attend Temple University where he received his Bachelors in Kinesiology and also played on the Rugby team for all 4 years. He continued to work in Philadelphia as an Exercise Physiologist within a sports physical therapy office, working with people and athletes of all ages. There he gained experience guiding people through exercise & rehab to help them get back to their activity/sport. During this time, he completed his Masters degree in Exercise Science & Health Promotion through Cal University of Pennsylvania, as well as obtaining his Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist certification through the National Strength & Conditioning Association. This helped him expand upon his knowledge in health & fitness, so that he could apply evidence based strength training principles to optimize people’s performance in their desired activity or sport.

Wanting to learn more about the human body and how he could best integrate rehab and performance, Dr. Jarred moved back west to attend Southern California University of Health Sciences located in Whittier, CA. There he completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, with a focus in sports medicine. During his time there, he was involved in clubs/organizations such as Rehab 2 Performance & Forward Thinking Chiropractic Alliance, furthering his knowledge of rehab & evidence based practices for Chiropractors. Dr. Jarred received clinical training in the Sports Medicine/Tactical Sports Medicine department at SCU, as well as within a private practice in Costa Mesa, where they utilized exercise & movement based therapies. He also completed a clerkship rotation at the VA Greater Los Angeles hospital providing care to the Veterans of the Los Angeles area. Dr. Jarred combines his experience & knowledge of rehab & performance to help develop an individualized care plan to help you stay on the move & reach your goals.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family & friends, staying active outdoors, trying out new activities & sports, or traveling to new places. Dr. Jarred enjoys listening to podcasts and/or audiobooks, and has an interest in various genres such as self-improvement, leadership, & philosophy. When it comes to training, he enjoys a good workout challenge and pushes himself in different resistance training styles such as olympic weight lifting, Crossfit, and more recently in the endurance realm, working towards completing triathlons.
